My order showed up, but it wasn’t what was listed when I bought it. A couple of the items were wrong, which was frustrating. Anyway, I was hoping everything would match the description, but it didn’t.

The seat is comfy enough, so I can’t really complain too much there. I just wish there was a little more to it because I was expecting it to feel a bit better overall. It gets the job done, but yeah, nothing amazing...

I had to wait a few days just to get a reply from support, which was frustrating (especially when I was hoping for a quick fix). When they finally did respond, it wasn’t all that helpful either, so the whole experience felt kind of disappointing

I love how quick this is to wipe down. There aren’t any weird little corners where gunk gets stuck, so cleaning the bathroom feels way less annoying now. Happy with it...

I bought this from horow.com, the seat heating barely does anything. It takes forever to warm up, and even then it still feels kind of cold. I was really hoping not to deal with this same issue again, but here we are. Support also took a while to respond, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not happy with it.

It works fine enough, but I was a little disappointed. I expected it to cut down on water use more than it does, and after trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong, I just felt mentally drained. Not the worst product, but not really what I hoped for either.

I picked this mostly because the design looked simple and clean, and it fits my bathroom really well. It’s not too flashy, which I like, and the finish looks even better in person. Took me a while to decide, but I’m happy with how it turned out. I’ll stick with it for now, but if the finish doesn’t hold up over time, I’d probably look at another brand next time.

I ordered this from horow.com and overall it works fine. I’m not totally sure if I’m just more sensitive to noise than most people, but it’s a bit more noticeable than I expected, especially at night. It’s not super loud or anything, just louder than I had in mind. Shipping was okay and everything arrived in good condition. It looks really nice, but keeping the water temperature steady has been annoying. It keeps swinging a little too hot and then too cold, so I end up adjusting it way more than I expected. For the price, I thought it would be more consistent.

I ordered a toilet from horow.com a few weeks ago and so far it’s been doing what it’s supposed to do. My biggest concern was leaks around the base or tank, but nothing has shown up yet. Installation wasn’t terrible, though the instructions could’ve been a little clearer in a couple spots. I did reach out to support once and they basically said something like, “as long as everything is seated evenly and tightened properly, you should be fine,” which helped me feel a bit better. Overall I’d give it 4 stars, leak-wise it’s been solid, just wish the manual was a bit easier to follow.

The parts did fit, but not perfectly right out of the box. I had to tweak them a bit to get everything lined up. Curious if anyone else had to do the same or if it was just mine.

I got my order from Horow and the box looked rough when it showed up. One side was crushed in, and it kind of looked like it had been dragged around or maybe dropped a bunch of times, I don’t know. I know boxes get bumped during shipping, but this felt like more than the normal little dents.
When I opened it, the item had some scratches and a few parts seemed a bit loose, so that was disappointing. Maybe the product was already like that, but with the box being wrecked it’s hard not to blame the delivery or the packing. I just expected it to be protected better, especially for something like this.

I bought a bathroom vanity from Horow and, honestly... the quality is solid for the price. The finish looks clean, and it feels sturdy once it’s set up. One of the drawers was a bit stiff at first, which was a little annoying, but it’s working fine now. It’s not perfect, but overall... I’m happy with it
